Malcolm Rivers killed a bunch of people 4 years ago. He did it because he had multiple personalities and one of them was a killer. He is on trial for killing those people. These are the people in the pictures. Maybe he killed other people too? We don't know and it doesn't matter. He did, in real life, kill a bunch of people. We saw the pictures. Appearantly at the time he killed those people Timmy York was controlling him. Too bad Paris wasn't controlling him then because then all those people probably would've been serviced instead of killed.

So Malcolm is arrested for these murders and they hire a shrink to see what's going on in his head. The shrink discovers multiple personalities.

Up until the point where the shrink messed with his head, each personality would take turns dominating Malcolm, although probably not in equal turns.

The shrink comes up with an idea for all the personalities to meet up and hopefully by doing this Malcolm could destroy the bad personality. Definitely a new concept here. Too bad it didn't work, especially for Paris.

In the end the most dominant personality, the killer, is left. In Malcolm's head Timmy York kills Paris and since he is the only personality left at this point Malcolm is left to kill again. The shrink was a convienent victim. Is that so hard to understand?

I guess this also leaves us with a good sequel, "Malcolm in the Middle, the troubled years"
