WP Moozzi2, nice meme about stripes. It just being crossconverted from 720i to 1080i, hence it suffer from those a lot. Instead of writing extra filter, you can use Destripe script to deal with that issue.
Also, if you work with 16-bit color, this does not mean converting from 4: 2: 0 to 4: 4: 4. This means converting the color bit from 8 to 16. And having done 4: 4: 4, you performed the up from 540 to 1080 for the color component.

It cannot be processed using the Destripe script.
There is a much more serious stripe in Episode 13 and in some scenes.
It is not such a weak stripe. like 聖痕のクェイサー, 鐵のラインバレル, saki s1, BRAVE10, Maoyuu Maou Yuusha (ep3 : 2m 38s, 8m 28s, 9m 50s, 18m 22s etc)
And these are side effects of upscaling, using Destripe script is not effective. There is a much faster and better removal method.
@Jensen - Search in U2. There is a clear reason to use YUV444.
