Tanner Howard Chicago Reader The show's hyperactive, off-the-cuff energy is a special treat, even in an increasingly crowded animated-comedy field where other great shows like Bojack Horseman and Bob's Burgers compete for eyeballs. Feb 15, 2019 Full Review Dylan Matthews Vox What takes the show above and beyond the rest of Adult Swim's stoner-surrealist fare is that it's a rare TV exploration of morality that manages to avoid simplistic fables with pat lessons. Rated: 4/5 Feb 15, 2019 Full Review Neil Genzlinger New York Times Brilliantly deranged... It's safe to say you'll learn as much about veterinary medicine as you do about physics. Feb 14, 2019 Full Review Luke Buckmaster The Daily Review/Crikey A rambunctiously entertaining program that is also a hyper-powered deconstruction of science fiction tropes. It is frequently laugh-out-loud funny and sometimes ingenious in the way it applies a postmodern scalpels to familiar story arcs. Feb 16, 2019 Full Review Ankita Chawla Scroll.in One of the weirdest and the most extraordinary things on television right now. Feb 16, 2019 Full Review David Berry National Post The show is in many ways as clever as Rick, one of the more tightly crafted and genuinely creative comedies on the air, but I'm not sure if it understands sadness so much as self-pity.
