Truth isn’t as good as something like Spotlight want to comes to journalism but overall it’s a decent film that tells a good story. The performances are great especially from Cate Blanchett and Robert Redford. The movie starts off a little slow and does the pacing but the script is strong in the story will keep you interested if you follow politics. Unfortunately though everything is pretty predictable if you know the story.

Truth is all about Blanchett, who really shines in-and carries-an otherwise bad good movie. (Or is it a good bad movie?) There are a lot of themes introduced, but are stated in rather sweeping gestures.
