      Season 3 – Westworld

2020 Drama Sci-Fi TRAILER for Westworld: Season 3 Trailers - In The Weeks Ahead List
73% 223 Reviews Tomatometer 62% 1,000+ Ratings Audience Score Westworld isn't your typical amusement park. Intended for rich vacationers, the futuristic park -- which is looked after by robotic "hosts" -- allows its visitors to live out their fantasies through artificial consciousness. No matter how illicit the fantasy may be, there are no consequences for the park's guests, allowing for any wish to be indulged. "Westworld" is based on the 1973 Michael Crichton movie of the same name and features an all-star cast. Read More Read Less Watch on Fandango at Home Premiered May 10 Buy Now

      What to Know

      Critics Consensus

Westworld successfully reboots itself by broadening its scope while tightening its storytelling clarity -- although some may feel that the soul has been stripped from this machine in the process.

Gareth v Expanding it's scope to outside the park, can't save what was one of TV's most promosing and 'thought-provoking efforts in recent years. Truly dissappointing. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/24 Full Review mesteyk Repetitive storyline and unlikebl characters. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/06/23 Full Review Jerry S Wood and Newton were both good, but the Almighty was completely out of place. Whoever develops such technology will also have weapons to take out the toasters. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/02/23 Full Review Season 3 was pure torture. I'm not sure how I even managed to suffer through it, Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/18/23 Full Review Jordan L Season 3 explored outside the park into futuristic sci-fi scenes of Los Angeles and shows how life would have been outside the park and the struggles of society integrating with AI and advanced autonomous robotics. Overall, I enjoyed the season and thought it was paramount to understand the world, setting and society of Westworld IP. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/10/23 Full Review Austin G Totally awesome series almost like a good analogy of this realm in which they totally outta get together on this and bring season five back to reality after HBO removed it and cancelled season 5 am really really bumbed out about this recent discovery as well as a petition to bring it back Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Kambole Campbell Empire Magazine The writing can be blunt about it ("They built the world to be a game, and then they rigged it to make sure they always won," Caleb helpfully summarises at one point), but it's a compelling new angle nonetheless. Rated: 4/5 Dec 22, 2020 Full Review Scott Bryan BBC.com I think this show has fallen into the trap, which has happened with Killing Eve and a lot of other TV dramas: they have a beginning, they have a middle and no idea of an end. Jul 15, 2020 Full Review Kelly Lawler USA Today This is the same series that spends too long on setup without sufficient delivery, one that prizes cool fights over reasons behind them. More often than not, the series is as soulless and hollow as the corrupt theme park it portrays. May 4, 2020 Full Review Elisa Guimarães Collider This becomes an even greater problem in Seasons 3, in which Maeve has absolutely no purpose besides stopping Rehoboam and then Dolores from controlling humanity... Jan 31, 2024 Full Review Irene Monokandilos Consequence With a polished new look and a lethal lease on life, it's an outing best suited for the paranoid androids willing to lean into the mania around us. Dec 22, 2020 Full Review Akash Singh That Shelf I don't know, as always, where this show is going, but I wait for Westworld to unveil what kind of future that could be.
